Ingredients :
Prawns (shelled and deveined)
3 small Shallots (thinly sliced)
2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
Green peas
Tomatoes (cut into quarters)
Capsicum (thinly sliced)
Red cut chilli (sliced)
Oil (I used olive oil)
3 Tbsp of Tomato ketchup
10ml Water
Method :
- Heat the frying pan and fry the prawns in olive oil for a couple of minutes (3/4 cooked) and set it aside
- In the same pan, add a little more olive oil and fry the shallots, garlic, green peas & capsicum for a couple of minutes till the green peas & capsicum are slightly softer
- Pour in the tomato ketchup and water
- Place the tomatoes into the pan
- Then put the prawns back into the pan and let it simmer for about 2 minutes
- Add the red cut chilli just before ceasing fire
