/>Method -<br />Step 1 - In a saucepan, mix 1 pkt of agar agar powder into 900ml of coconut milk, stir until the powder is dissolved before placing the pot on the stove to cook.<br />Step 2 - Add 2-3 pandan leaves + 100gms of sugar into the pot of coconut milk mix and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally.<br />Step 3 - Once boil, cease fire and pour the mixture into several small bowls (depending on how many colours you wish to add onto the jelly). <br />Step 4 - Add 1 drop of each of the colour of your preference into the individual bowls of coconut milk mix<a minutes (3/4 cooked) and set it aside<br />- In the same pan, add a little more olive oil and fry the shallots, garlic, green peas & capsicum for a couple of minutes till the green peas & capsicum are everybody... ;)<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(153, 0, 0);">Ingredients</span><br />600gms Mascarpone Cheese<br />6pcs Eggs<br />200gms Fine sugar<br />1 or 2 tbsp Brandy (XO) or Rum<br />1.5 packets of Sarviodardi (also known as Lady's Finger - can be found at the biscuit section)<br />1 tbsp Cocoa Powder<br />3 cups Boiling Water<br />4 tbsp Coffee Powder<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(153, 0, 0);">Coffee</span><br />- Make concentrated black coffee with the boiling water + coffee powder; leave it to cool (prepare this about 1 hour in advance)<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(153, 0, 0);">Tiramisu</span><br />- Separate egg white and egg yolk<br />- Beat egg white with sugar with electrical egg beater till stiff<br />- Beat egg yolk separately, then slowly add it into the egg white mixture<br />- Add Mascarpone cheese into the mixture<br />- Add brandy into the mixture and beat gently until creamy<br />- Set the mixture aside<br />- Dip lady's finger into the cooled coffee on a shallow container (Do not dip too long as the lady's finger turn soggy very quickly).<br />- Fill the base of the square tin with 1 layer of lady's finger<br />- Pour the egg/mascarpone mixture into the top of the lady's finger (ensure that the lady's finger are fully covered with the mixture)<br />- Repeat the above 2 procedures until the tin is full<br />- Refrigerate for at least 6 hours<br />- Sift cocoa powder on the top layer of the tiramisu<br /><br />Bon Appetit!!! color: rgb(204, 102, 0); font-family: georgia;font-family:webdings;" >Ingredients</span><br />- Wu Hua Rou (Pork)<br />- Prawns<br />- Squid<br />- Garlic<br />- Eggs<br />- Cooking Oil<br />- Fish Sauce or Soya Sauce<br />- Thick Bee Hoon<br />- Bean Sprout<br />- Rice Flour<br />- Lime<br />- Belachan Chilli<br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold; font-style: italic; color: rgb(204, 102, 0); font-family: georgia;font-family:webdings;" ><br />Method of Preparation</span><br /><span style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0); font-weight: bold;">Soup Stock -</span><br />- Boil the Pork in a saucepan of boiling water till the meat is cooked<br />- Remove the meat and set it aside and place the Squid into the same pot of water<br />- Take the Squid out once it's approximately 60%-70% cooked<br />- Remove the shell of the prawns and place the washed prawn shells into the same pot of water to boil<br />- Leave the prawn shells in the water to simmer for approximately 10-15mins<br />- Remove the shells and set the soup stock aside<br /><br /><span style="color: rgb(204, 0, 0); font-weight: bold;">Noodles -</span><br />- Fry 1 tablespoon of minced garlic in cooking oil for a few seconds<br />- Beat the eggs and fry it together with the garlic<br />- Add the Bee Hoon and fry it till Bee Hoon is almost cooked<br />- Pour in the soup stock and bring it to a boil<br />- Pour in the sliced Pork and prawns<br />- Add Fish Sauce or Soya Sauce to taste<br />- Simmer under low fire with the lid on for approximately 10mins or till the soup is being absorbed by the noodles<br />- Add bean sprouts and squid just 1 min before ceasing fire<br />- Stir in the Rice Flour water before ceasing fire<br />- Serve with lime and belachan
